Hi, I’m Julie, founder of Artisan Ripple.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved creating, imagining, and bringing ideas to life. Whether sketching portraits, sewing handmade gifts, decorating a home, or dreaming up creative projects, artistry has always been part of who I am. I’ve always had an eye for detail, and over the years, that passion especially found its way into my love for portrait drawing, where realism, shading, and capturing the unique beauty of people became one of my greatest artistic joys.

Like many creative people, I know the satisfaction that comes from making something with your own hands — whether it’s sewing curtains for a home, crafting a heartfelt gift, painting something beautiful, or simply creating for the joy and peace it brings.

For many years, I dreamed of owning my own arts, crafts, and gifts shop — a welcoming place filled with inspiration and affordable treasures for fellow creatives. After retirement, while a physical storefront wasn’t the right fit, I realized something even more exciting was possible: creating a place online where creativity could still flourish and where others could find the supplies, inspiration, and encouragement they need to bring their ideas to life.

That dream became Artisan Ripple.

The name Artisan Ripple reflects something I deeply believe: creativity has a ripple effect. One idea inspires another. One handmade gift touches someone’s heart. One project can bring peace, confidence, joy, and beauty into everyday life.
